Shrimp & Grits Casserole

My version of a shrimp and grits casserole. 1.25 pounds of bacon, 1 pound of andouille sausage, 3 pounds of shrimp, onion, bell pepper, jalapeños, lots of cheeses, grits, and of course plenty of Bayou Spice. It came out pretty dang tasty!!
