All the different blends of Bayou Spice were developed while I was serving in the military. The spices and seasonings I grew up with were rarely available outside of Acadiana (Cajun Country). So, I began developing and blending my own spices to keep the Cajun flare in my kitchen. From my kitchen to yours, we hope you enjoy everything Bayou Spice has to offer.
